I love clouds. I welcome its rare appearances in sunny San Diego, always hoping that it gives its water to nourish our drying land. Photographically it is a subject by itself and in landscapes, it fills the frame to balance the elements. When I see clouds, I will most likely go out and capture its glory.
I photographed this last February 2015 along Mission Trails, San Diego, California.
For the tech interested. Captured several shots with and a tripod mounted EOS 5D Mark III, EF 16-35 f/2.8 II, at 16mm, f/16, ISO 125. Four raw files, merged using Lightroom CC's HDR function.
